Constipation is a very common issues now a days. Most of people use laxatives but laxatives are not good for health. Excessive usage of laxatives creates more health issues like piles and others. Add 1-2 table spoons of ispaghol husk in a warm milk and drink it before you go to sleep. Eat fibrous fruits on daily basis like Orange, Peach, Guava, Melon, Watermelon, Papaya, Grapes, try to eat fruit chat more and more, mix pieces of apple, banana, peach, and guava in a bowl add some orange juice with its pulp and consume it.
