Deliberate practice is defined as deliberate effort to improve performance, with a teacher’s help and feedback. This type of effort requires an activity designed specifically to improve performance, extensive repetition that progresses from low-level tasks to higher-level ones that are challenging but within reach, and immediate feedback so you know what areas need more work.
