Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors from HEC recognized institute / foreign university.
Experience Required: Minimum 05 years of experience of financial industry.
Age: Up to 55 years as of June 28, 2022.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Assist line manager in BOP Audit, Compliance Framework, Policies, Standards and Procedures.
Assist line manager in BAU decision making processes and activities.
Assist in all major (regulatory projects that have a business impact.
Assist in all changes in policies, procedures, projects and regulations within the business.
Reviewing and maintaining controls, monitoring their effectiveness and enhancing where necessary.
Integrating subject matter and industry expertise within the defined area.
Providing governance, oversight and monitoring activities in accordance with the overall Governance and Controls program.
Proactively identification of emerging risks and assists to control team with resolving control gaps and issues and helps in creating corrective action plans, inclusive of root cause identification and resolution.
Partnering within Business teams to ensure a complete understanding of deliverables for outstanding milestones and ensure prompt escalations of issues.
Providing Training to the Card issuing sales team, Credit initiation Unit and Collections to optimize performance and controls.
Actively focus on process improvement, creating efficiencies, and ensuring proactive approach and partnership to audit and compliance management.
Ensure internal reviews and eternal examinations are well managed with clearly evidenced controls.
Responsibility for governance risk and control across all jurisdictions within the business.
Managing oversight of risk and promoting a culture of good compliance and risk awareness.
